5 Layer Cookie Box Brownie Cheesecake


5 Layer Brownie Cheesecake Cookie Box Creating an exquisite dessert like 5 Layer Brownie

Cheesecake Cookie Box is a delicious task that combines the enjoyment of brownies, cheesecake and

cookies into one delicious treat. Here we leave you a recipe to help you prepare this delicious dessert:




16 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough, room temperature

36 ounces brownie mix, 2 boxes, dough prepared according to package directions

24 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 large egg

40 double chocolate cookie filled ones Sandwiches

Whipped cream for serving


Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Line a 25 cm (10 inch) diameter springform pan with two layers of cling film long enough to hang


over the edge.

Press the cookie dough evenly into a circle along the bottom of the pan, then fold the plastic wrap

over it.

Cover the pan and freeze the cookie dough disc.

Close the pan again and then spray the bottom with cooking spray.Pour in the brownie batter.


Spray the bottom and sides of a 12 cm (5 inch) or deeper and 20 cm (8 inch) wide cake pan, then

press the greased cake pan into the brownie mixture until the batter reaches halfway up the sides of

the springform pan.

Bake for 35 minutes, then let cool for about 5 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth and smooth.While the brownie is still warm, carefully turn it over and press the inner cake pan with oven mitts or pads to

push the baked brownie further up the edge of the springform pan, creating an even ring. Let cool for

30 minutes.

Place a single layer of sandwich cookies, about 14 or 15, as close together as possible on the bottom


of the brownie crust.

Pour the cheesecake batter onto the cookies and spread it evenly over the top.

Tap the pan to remove any large air bubbles, then bake until the cheesecake jiggles slightly in the

center, about 40 minutes. Freeze until the top of the cheesecake is slightly firm, about 30

minutes.Place another layer of cookies on top of the cheesecake layer and then place the frozen

cookie dough disk on top.

Fold in the edges and then bake for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool completely and then release the pan. Slice and serve with a dollop of whipped cream

and another cookie!
