16 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough, room temperature
36 ounces brownie mix, 2 boxes, dough prepared according to package directions
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a 25 cm (10 inch) diameter springform pan with two layers of cling film long enough to hang

Press the cookie dough evenly into a circle along the bottom of the pan, then fold the plastic wrap
over it.
Cover the pan and freeze the cookie dough disc.
Close the pan again and then spray the bottom with cooking spray.Pour in the brownie batter.
