Ingredients

  •  1 carrot, grated

  •  ½ onion, finely chopped

  •  ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

  •  2 eggs

  •  1 cup all-purpose flour

  •  ½ cup milk

Instructions

 Prepare the batter:

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrot, onion, bell pepper, parsley, and shredded cheese.
Add the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix well.

Gradually add the flour and stir until you get a thick, sticky batter.
