Amish White Bread


Amish white bread is a straightforward, delicate sandwich daydream that slices easily without crumbling.This is a simple apprentice formula that has millions of sees from cheerful bakers!


2 mugs warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

⅔ container white sugar

1 ½ tablespoons dynamic dry yeast


1 ½ teaspoons salt

¼ glass vegetable oil

6 mugs bread flour


In a large bowl, break down the sugar in warm water, and after that blend in yeast. Permit to confirmation until yeast takes after a rich foam.

Mix salt and oil into the yeast.Blend in flour one container at a time. Manipulate mixture on a softly floured surface until smooth. Put in a well oiled bowl, and turn mixture to coat. Cover with a


soggy cloth. Permit to rise until multiplied in bulk, almost 1 hour.

Punch batter down. Work for some minutes, and isolate in half. Shape into rolls, and put into two well oiled 9×5 inch lounge container. Permit to rise for 30 minutes, or until batter has risen 1 inch

over pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
