½ glass Mayonnaise

½ glass destroyed Parmesan cheese

4 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets.


4-5 teaspoons Italian prepared dry bread crumbs

½ teaspoon garlic powder

pinch of salt

½ teaspoon lemon pepper

Preheat stove to 400 degrees F.

In a little bowl combine mayo, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.

Moisten chicken breasts with water and lay on heating sheet (I line my preparing sheet with material


paper to make clean up easy)

Divide the mayonnaise blend equally among the chicken, fair spreading it over the beat of each piece,

and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, expel from stove and sprinkle bread pieces on each piece of chicken.

Return to broiler and heat for extra 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely and juices run



Tops will be browned and chicken will be inconceivably juicy.

You can too wrap up them off beneath the broiler for a diminutive or two to get them additional

browned on top.

Serve with a veggie like these tasty new broccoli that I steamed.

Season with a sprint of new parsley, if craved.
