Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Press mixture firmly into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until the crust is

lightly golden brown.

3. Prepare the filling: In a separate mixing bowl, beat the banana puree, cream cheese and sugar until

smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one by one and beat well after each addition. Mix vanilla extract

and cream until smooth.

4. Bake the cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling onto the pre-baked base. Spread the mixture on it

using a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the edges are set and the

center is jiggly.

5. Cool and refrigerate: Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, then place it in the

refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Prepare the topping: In a mixing bowl, beat the whipped cream with the powdered sugar and

vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
