Beef Macaroni Soup


This Beef Macaroni Soup is one of the best soups you can make, especially in colder weather because it heats up quickly. It’s easy to make and a classic from my childhood. I hope you like it!




or 1 pound lean ground beef


or ½ cup ketchup

or 2 large cans chopped or diced tomatoes

or 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

or 2 teaspoons onion powder

or 3 teaspoons minced garlic


o 7 ¼ cups beef broth

o 2 tablespoons brown sugar

o 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

o salt and pepper to taste

o 2 cups dry macaroni noodles


o cheese for garnish, if desired


Making Beef Macaroni Soup


In a large pot or broth Add in a pot Add the ground beef, garlic and onion powder. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.Add broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning

and ketchup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the dry macaroni noodles and cook for another 15 minutes. If desired, top Enjoy with grated cheese of your choice
