Best pepper steak ever
INGREDIENTS
°1/4 tsp. moo sodium soy sauce
°2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
°4 tbsp. stuffed brown sugar

°1 tbsp. cornstarch
°2 tbsp.vegetable oil, divided
° salt
° ground dark pepper
°1 lb flank steak, meagerly cut over the grain

°1 ruddy chime pepper
°1 green chime pepper, daintily sliced
°3 garlic cloves, minced
°1 tbsp. naturally chopped ginger

*DIRECTIONS
Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk the soy sauce with the vinegar, sugar and cornstarch. Put aside.
In skillet over tall warm, warm 1 t of oil. Include flank steak, salt and cook until cooked through and burned on all sides, approximately 8 minutes.Evacuate the steak to a plate.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and the ruddy and green peppers to the skillet. Cooking to mellowed, approximately 4 minutes. Include garlic and ginger moreover cook, mix, until
fragrant. Returning hamburger to skillet and pour on arranged sauce.Cook, blending, until sauce is shiny, approximately 2 minutes longer.
Serve with rice.
