Biscuits and Gravy Casserole


I have a great breakfast casserole recipe to share with you today! This Sausage and Egg Biscuit Gravy Casserole is an easy breakfast dish made with biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and cheese. This

breakfast casserole is a must for any occasion, from a large holiday gathering or brunch to a simple Sunday morning breakfast.



o 1 pound sausage


o 1 package Pioneer brand pepper sausage gravy mix

o 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

o 6 eggs

o 1/2 cup milk

o Salt and black pepper to taste


or 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits

How to Make Biscuits and Gravy Casserole


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.

3. In a medium bowl, stir together the sauce mixture and 1 cup water until smooth.4. Add the sauce to the pan and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.


5. Remove from heat and stir in grated cheese until melted and blended.6. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7. Spread the sausage gravy mixture into the prepared baking dish.

8.Pour the egg mixture over the top and then place the cookies on top.

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cookies are golden brown and the eggs are set.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!
