Blackberry Cobbler
This blackberry cobbler incorporates a light and soft cake-like topping rather than the conventional biscuit-style. My fiancé said this blackberry cobbler was the leading she’s ever had. Serve warm
with overwhelming or whipped cream.
Ingredients
For The Berries:
o ½ container white sugar
o 2 tablespoons cornstarch
o 6 mugs new blackberries

o ¼ glass unsalted butter, melted
For The Batter:
o 2 1/2 mugs all reason flour
o 1 1/2 mugs white sugar
o 1 tablespoon heating powder
o 1 teaspoon salt

o 2 glasses milk
o 1/4 glass unsalted butter, melted
o 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How To Create Blackberry Cobbler
1. Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Gently oil a 9×13-inch preparing dish.
