Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Gradually add the boiling water, stirring continuously. The batter will be thin.
Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Make the Brigadeiro Sauce:
While the cake is cooling, prepare the Brigadeiro sauce. In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until thickened, about 10 minutes. It should be thick enough to spread but still pourable.
Assemble the Cake:

Once the cake has cooled, pour the warm Brigadeiro sauce over the top, spreading with a spatula to cover.
Sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles over the sauce before it sets.
Serve:
Let the cake set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the Brigadeiro topping to firm up slightly.
This Brigadeiro Cake is not only a showstopper but also incredibly delicious, perfect for any celebration or as a treat to brighten up any day. Enjoy baking and indulging in this sweet, chocolatey delight! If you have any more requests or need additional recipes, feel free to ask.
