In the world of confectionery, Butterfinger bars are distinguished by their unique peanut butter flake center and

chocolate coating. The appeal of mixing a popular candy bar with a homemade treat takes us back to the early

1920s when the Butterfinger bar was first introduced. Fast forward to the modern kitchen, where creativity knows

no bounds, and we have the delicious invention of the Butterfinger Ball.Perfect for serving at parties or as a

delicious snack, these bites offer a delicious bite that combines nostalgia with baking innovation. By redesigning

and reinventing the classic bar, you can add a personal touch to a nostalgic favorite and delight your family,

friends or guests.

Butterfinger Balls are a standalone treat that can suffice on their own, but they go quite well with a side of vanilla

ice cream, especially when served to a larger gathering. Likewise, a hot cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk would

beautifully complement its rich flavor, turning it into a great afternoon pick-me-up or an after-dinner treat.

– 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger bars (about 3-4 large bars)

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 2 cups crispy rice cereal

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

– 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

1. First line a baking tray with baking paper and set it aside. This will be the resting place of your candy once it’s

covered in chocolate.

2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars with creamy peanut butter to create a harmonious blend of

soft and crunchy textures.3. Gently fold the crispy rice flakes into the peanut butter mixture, making sure they are

evenly coated but not crushed to retain the crunch.

4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until mixture is well blended and holds together when pressed.

5.Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in

between, until smooth and completely melted.

7. Using a fork, dip each Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, allow the excess to drip off and place back

on the baking paper.8. Chill the Butterfinger balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate

to set and the balls to harden.

Variations and Tips

: For a fun twist, drizzle white chocolate over the chocolate-covered balls for a visually appealing contrast.

– If you are vegan, replace the milk chocolate chips with a dairy-free alternative and use plant-based peanut
