INGREDIENTS:

• 3/4 butter at room temperature + 1 tbsp.

• 1/2 powdered sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1 3/4 all-purpose flour

• 6 ounce package caramel chips

• 1 pecans, finely chopped

• RUM GLAZE

• 3 powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon esprum extract

• 1 /2 chopped pecans

• 3 to 4 tablespoons milk or water

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Beat the butter with the powdered sugar and salt until smooth and fluffy

2-Liquify the flour and mix well.

3-Add caramel chips and 1 cup finely chopped pecans.

4- Form the dough into balls, one teaspoon at a time.5-Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 325° for 6-15 minutes or until set but not brown.

7-Let cool on a rack.

Make 8-Rum Glaze. Stir the ingredients until smooth.9-You can dip the cookies in the icing or pour it over the

cookies with a spoon. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
