Cabbage and Ground Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium head cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
Cook Ground Beef:
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions become translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add Cabbage:
Stir in the chopped cabbage, tossing it with the onions and peppers. Cook until the cabbage starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
Season:
Return the ground beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, tomato paste, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld together.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra heat.
