Cheese Taco Lasagna
This delicious version of lasagna is the perfect Mexican food for an easy dinner. It’s inspired by the flavor of beef

Ingredients:

or 1 package of taco-sized flour tortillas (this recipe requires about 12 tortillas) or 1 1/2 pounds. Ground beef
o 1 package taco seasoning
o 2 cups pico de gallo
o 2 cups heavy cream
o 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese, divided

o 4 tablespoons butter
o sour cream and chopped scallions for dressings (optional)
How to Make Cheesy Taco Lasagna
Preheat oven to 400° and grease a 9×11 baking dish. Fry the burger and drain the fat.

Add the taco seasoning packet to the meat according to package directions. Melt the butter in a separate
saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the cream while stirring gently and mix with a whisk.Add 2 cups grated cheese until melted.
Cut the tortillas in half and line the baking dish. To assemble the lasagna, layer 1/3 of the taco meat on the
tortillas, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle pico de gallo over the cheese and repeat two more
times.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup grated cheese on top and bake cake for 20 minutes.
