Cheesecake Fudge
Ingredients:
– 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup unsalted Butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan by Line with baking paper, leaving some excess over the sides for easy removal
later.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter.Stir until the

mixture is smooth and well blended. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in instant cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla extract until fully
incorporated.
4. Gently fold the chopped graham cracker squares into the mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.5.
Pour the cheesecake and cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. If desired, press additional graham cracker pieces on top for a decorative touch.
7.Let rest in the refrigerator until the fudge is set and feels firm to the touch, at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. Once ready, use the excess parchment paper to lift the cheesecake candy out of the pan and place it on a
cutting board. Cut into 16 squares.
9.Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
