Chicken Breast in the Airfryer
Cooking chicken breast in the Airfryer is a quick, easy and healthy way to prepare a delicious meal.
The air fryer circulates hot air around the chicken, frying it evenly and leaving it with a crispy outside
and juicy inside. Here is a basic recipe for perfectly cooked chicken breasts using an air fryer.
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. PREPARE THE CHICKEN:
• First, dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.This allows the spices to stick better and the outside

• In a small bowl, stir together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and

touch each other to ensure proper air circulation.
• Cook for about 9-12 minutes, then turn the chicken breasts over and cook for another 9-12 minutes.
The exact cooking time depends on the thickness of the chicken breast.The chicken is done when its
internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) as measured with a meat thermometer.
5. REST THE CHICKEN:
