Ingredients
Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups chopped cooked broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil

½ chopped red or green pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
– Cut a pocket into each chicken breast stick, but DO NOT cut all the way through! -Season the chicken on both
sides with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika. -Mix the broccoli with peppers, cream cheese, cheddar
cheese, parmesan, garlic and a little more salt and black pepper.

– Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture. -Heat the oil in a frying pan.-Preheat the oven
to 400 degrees F.

-Fry both sides of the chicken in the hot oil. – Place chicken on a baking sheet. -Bake for 20 minutes or until
chicken is fully cooked.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine broccoli, peppers, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and salt
and pepper to taste.

Stuff the chicken with the broccoli mixture.
Step 6
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Fry the chicken breasts on both sides and place them on a baking tray.
Step 8
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
