Chocolate cake recipe
The classic among the classics: chocolate cake is always unanimous at tea time! It impresses with its
quick and easy implementation and is based exclusively on the bare essentials from the supermarket:
baking chocolate, butter, sugar, flour, eggs, yeast and a pinch of salt. Can you resist the avalanche of
cocoa in this recipe, decorated for the occasion with a foamy cloud of whipped cream?

Ingredients
°200 g dark chocolate dough
°120 g butter
°150 g powdered sugar

°80 g flour
°3 eggs
°1 packet of dry yeast

Step 1 – Simple chocolate cake Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, add the sugar to the eggs, mix, then add the flour and baking powder, and mix well again.
Step 2 – Very simple chocolate cake Melt together, in a bain-marie or in the microwave, the
chocolate and the butter.

Step 3 – Very simple chocolate cakeAdd the melted chocolate to the previous mixture.
Step 4 – Very simple chocolate cake Put in a buttered cake tin and put in the oven for 30 minutes at
180°C.
