Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies



– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened


– 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


– 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C ) and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.Put aside.

3. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.

4. Stir in the instant vanilla pudding mix until well combined, then add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until


smooth.5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined. Be careful not to

over mix.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.7. Drop the cookie dough

by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.

8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.


9.Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a

wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Variations and Tips:

– For a fun twist, try different flavors of instant pudding mix like caramel or chocolate to explore new flavor


– If you’re a fan of nuts, add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans for extra crunch.

– To keep cookies moist and chewy, be careful not to overbake them; They should still look a little soft in the

middle when you take them out of the oven.- If you have dietary restrictions, you can try using gluten-free flour

and sugar substitutes, but results may vary.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh, although I doubt they will last long!
