CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE COOKIES
I can never resist trying a new cookie recipe, but today’s treat was a total no-brainer for me and a must-try treat.
Cream Cheese Cinnamon Cookies. Two of my favorite ingredients in one sweet cookie.
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup butter (1 stick), room temperature
• 4 ounces cream cheese (½ block), room temperature

• 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• ¾ teaspoon baking powder

• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation of cinnamon cream cheese cookies
In a large bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese and stir until light and smooth. Add powdered sugar until
completely mixed.Add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet
ingredients.
Cover the bowl and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Sift sugar
and cinnamon into a small bowl.

Remove the dough, roll it into balls about 1 inch in diameter, then roll all sides in the cinnamon mixture.
Place them on a baking sheet a few centimeters apart (otherwise they will spread).
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
