mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes,

remove from the oven and let cool while you prepare the filling.

3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the chem cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth

and creamy. Add 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until well combined.

4. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as

needed to ensure proper mixing.

5. Mix the lotion with whipped cream until the skin is smooth and creamy.

6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled mixture in the pan. Level the surface with a spatula to

obtain a smooth surface.

7. Place the electric frying pan in a large baking dish or skillet. Fill a large bowl with hot water to come

halfway up the pan. This water bath helps prevent the cheesecake from cracking during baking.

8. Carefully place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60-70 minutes or until the edges and

center are set.

9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool slowly for about 1 hour, with the door slightly

ajar.

10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and use a spatula to loosen the cake. Let cool completely

to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

11. When ready to serve, loosen the edges of the pan and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.

Cut and enjoy!

12. Alternatively, you can add fresh fruit, butter or some caramel sauce for extra flavour.
