Cowboy Mushrooms are white mushrooms cooked in a flavorful butter mixture of various herbs and
spices as a delicious side dish or appetizer. Not only do they taste great on their own, but they also
go perfectly with a steak or grilled meat.
▢2 pounds white mushrooms, cleaned

▢Cowboy butter recipe*, doubled
▢Salt, to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cowboy butter. Once the butter has melted, add the
mushrooms. Stir to combine.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20-22 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft. They will have a
