Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

Fresh thyme, chopped (for garnish)
