Creamy Slow Cooker Bacon and Potato Soup
Ingredients
or 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
or 1 onion, finely chopped
or 2 cans (10.5 ounces) condensed chicken broth
or 2 cups water

or 5 large potatoes, diced
or ½ teaspoon salt
or ½ teaspoon dried dill
or ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
or ½ cup all-purpose flour

or 2 cups half cream and half
or 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
To make Creamy Potato Bacon Soup in the Slow Cooker :
1. Place bacon and onions in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until bacon is evenly browned and onions are soft. Drain
off excess fat.2. Place the bacon and onion in a slow cooker and add chicken broth, water, potatoes, salt, dill and white pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.

3. In a small bowl, stir together the flour and half.Add to the soup along with the condensed milk. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes before serving.
