Dried apricots: 80 g (approx. 2.8 ounces)
Pumpkin seeds: 50 g (approx.1.8 ounces)
almonds: 70 g (approx. 2.5 ounces)

sesame seeds (save some for decoration): 35 g (approx. 1.2 ounces)
pine nuts: 20 g (approx. 0.7 ounces)

Preparation steps:
First, rinse the nuts in cold water to remove preservatives and activate their nutrients. Let them soak for 15-20

While the fruit is soaking, slice the almonds and roughly chop the cashews.
Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant to enhance their flavor.
After soaking, core the dates and cut them into small pieces together with the dried apricots.In a blender,
combine soaked dates, apples, dried cranberries, raisins and apricots. Stir everything until smooth.

Add the sliced almonds and roasted cashews to the fruit mixture to give the fruit mixture more consistency.
Add the sesame seeds and save some for decoration. Add pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and flaxseeds to the mixture
