• 1 pound (about 450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


• 2 large eggs, beaten

• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

• 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened depending on preference)

panko-coconut mixture and press lightly so that they stick.

o Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 3-5 minutes.

o Lightly spray the fry basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

o Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch each other.If

o Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the shrimp are golden brown and cooked through.
