Crispy Potato Pastry


Whether you eat them as a dessert, a snack, or as a side dish to your favorite dishes, potatoes are

easy to eat on any occasion. Serve them hot and enjoy the perfect blend of this easy and filling potato

dish. You won’t stop until you get bored!




1 teaspoon of yeast

2 glasses of warm water

5.5 glasses of flour

1.5 teaspoons of salt

2 potatoes


1 teaspoon of salt or according to your taste

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 glass of grated cheddar cheese

150 g butter

1 egg yolk ig


Instructions for Use


Step 1

Mix warm water and yeast in a suitable bowl and stir until the yeast dissolves. Add the flour and salt

little by little and bake until you get a smooth and soft bread. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts,

cover it and let it rest for 25 minutes.


Step 2

Boil the potatoes until tender, then cook them to the edges. Stir in cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper

to taste and create a delicious dessert.

Step 3

When the dough has risen, roll it out with thin paper using a rolling pin. Brush the paper with oil and

place them on top of each other. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.

Step 4

After it has cooled, roll the dough into a square shape again. Divide the dough into equal pieces and

put half the potato filling in each square. Place the dough over the filling and place the edges


together to make the tortillas. . 25 minutes or until the bread is very nice and light.
