Custom made Meat Stew



Ingredients :


2 tbsp olive oil

3 lb hamburger chuck broil, cut into cubes


5 cloves garlic minced

1 expansive yellow onion, diced

4 expansive carrots, cut into chomp size

1 lb potatoes, cut into chomp size

1 green pepper, cut chomp size


3 tbsp tomato paste

3 glasses meat broth

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp ground dark pepper

1 tbsp salt to taste


3 narrows leaves

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Thai chili (optional)

In a expansive pot warm the olive oil over medium tall warm. Include almost half of the stew meat.


Season with almost half of the salt and a few pepper. Permit it to burn undisturbed for almost 5


Flip and rehash on all sides until the meat is brown. Expel from the container and set aside. Rehash

with the remaining beef.

Reduce the warm to medium moo. Do not deplete any of the oil. Include the onion. Sauté for

approximately 5 minutes.

Add garlic, brown sugar and Italian flavoring. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
