Once the beef mixture is cooled, stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.

Assemble the Egg Rolls:

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing towards you (like a diamond).

Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides.

Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the top corner with a little water to keep it closed.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.


Fry the Egg Rolls:

In a large, deep skillet or pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add a few egg rolls to the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
