Instructions

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.

Add flour and salt. Mix with a spoon or spatula until dough forms — no kneading needed!

Add olive oil and fold it in using your hands or spatula until just combined.
