Easy Homemade Strawberry Donuts
Easy Homemade Strawberry Donuts, Baked at Home! This recipe is so easy, you may never buy donuts
again! Bake a large batch and place in the freezer.
Ingredients
2 cups flour

1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt, kosher
1 cup canola oil
3/4 cup condensed milk

1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vinegar
3/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped, divided
1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, evaporated milk, vanilla and eggs.

Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until well combined, add vinegar and mix well, being careful not to over mix.
Add ½ cup strawberries.Lightly grease a donut pan.
Using a piping bag or freezer bag with a 1-inch opening, pipe the filling into the mold.
Fill the tins three quarters full and bake for about 12 minutes.
Strawberry Frosting Recipe:
Mix the remaining ¼ cup strawberries, powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into a thick
paste, you may need more powdered sugar or lemon juice.
Place the donuts on a baking sheet, let cool and place the glaze underneath with baking paper
