Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 jar (24 ounces) favorite marinara sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl. Mix
carefully, do not overwork the meat.
Form 1 1/2 centimeter meatballs and place on a plate.
Add half of the marinara sauce to the slow cooker.
Place the meatballs in a single layer in the slow cooker, stacking them if necessary, but avoiding

crowding.Cover the meatballs with the remaining sauce and add red pepper flakes, if desired.
Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours until the meatballs are cooked through.
