Famous Toll House Copycat Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
⅔ cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

2 cups miniature marshmallows
½ cup chopped pecans (option al)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with baking paper to make it easier to remove.
Mix sugar, condensed milk, butter and salt in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until well combined and sugar
has dissolved.Cook, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, walnuts (if using), and vanilla extract.
Stir vigorously until the marshmallows are melted to your liking.Pour into the prepared baking dish. Optionally

decorate with additional marshmallows or nuts.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until solid.
