or 1 lb. Large shrimp, peeled and deveined but with the tail still attached

or 2 tbsp. Olive oil

or 3 tbsp.Minced garlic

or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


or ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

or salt and pepper to taste

or fresh lemon juice to taste

or 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

How to prepare garlic and parmesan fried shrimp


1. Heat the Oven to 400 degrees.2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mix well.

4.Place the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.


6. If desired, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with parsley before serving.
