Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10

minutes, until the mixture becomes frothy.

Prepare Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive

oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes,

until it becomes smooth and elastic.

First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a

warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Shape Rolls: Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball

and place them in a greased baking dish.

Second Rise: Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes, until

they are puffy.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan

cheese, and chopped parsley.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolls. Bake for 20-
