Gooey Chocolate Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten

3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Pie Crust:
Roll out your pie crust and gently place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges as desired.
Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder.
Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Assemble the Pie:
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is set around the edges but slightly wobbly in the center.
