2 cups flour

2 tablespoons baking powder


1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking powder

7 teaspoons salt, cold

¾ cup cold butter

1 teaspoon cooking oil

Step 2 Cover the baking tray with baking silicone or baking paper.

Step 3 Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a large bowl.

Step 4 Using a blender, add the butter to the flour mixture and beat until the mixture becomes a fine

powder, about 5 minutes.

Step 5 Make a well in the center of the butter mixture. Pour in 3/4 cup buttermilk; mix until combined.


Step 6 Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.

Step 7 Multiply the rectangle by three. Turn the dough over, turn the entire dough over and roll it into

a rectangle again. Repeat this twice, folding and pressing the dough a total of three times.

Step 8 Add the dough about half its width.

Step 9 Cut out 12 cookies and 1/2 cookie dough.


Step 10 Paste the cookie on the prepared page. Using your thumb, press an indentation into the top

of each cookie.

Step 11 Brush the tops of the cookies with 2 tablespoons of buttermilk.

Step 12 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
