Ingredients
Lime Mayo Sauce
1/3 container mayo

1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon new ground dark pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 little clove garlic finely minced
1 tablespoon lime juice

Onion rings
2 expansive sweet onions unpleasant skins evacuated cut into 1/2-inch rings and separated
1 1/4 container all reason flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon new ground dark pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg beaten
1-1 1/2 mugs beer
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
In little bowl combine mayo, ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon dark pepper, 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
pepper, garlic and lime juice.
Set 1/4 container of flour aside on a shallow plate. In medium bowl combine 1 container flour, 1/4
teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, cumin, 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper, garlic powder, beaten egg and 1
glass to 1 1/2 glasses brew depending on how thick you need the batter.
Heat oil to 375 degrees. Plunge onion rings in flour on shallow plate and at that point into player.
Broil battered onion rings in the hot oil until browned, around 4 minutes. Put on a paper towel
secured wire rack whereas working in little batches.
Serve hot with Lime Mayo Sauce

Non-alcoholic brew or club pop can be substituted for the beer.
Sweet onions are the best for flavor, but truly, any onion makes a conventional onion ring.
