Lemon Snowball Cookies Recipe

on a decorative plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. They make a fantastic dessert on their own, but can also

Lemon Snowball Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick softened unsalted butter
2 teaspoons lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon salt
For the topping: 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar , 1/4 cup lemon juice powder
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.Mix butter, powdered sugar, salt and lemon flavor in a bowl.
Gradually stir in the flour until everything is well mixed.
Form the dough into 2.5 cm balls and place on the baking tray.

Bake for about 13 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
For the topping, sift the powdered sugar and lemon juice into a bowl.After baking, let the cookies cool briefly and
then roll them in the icing.
Allow them to cool completely before rolling them in sugar again.
Store these cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy the tangy, irresistible taste of Lemon Snowball
