Lovely Strawberry Cheesecake Bites



° Mini Phyllo Dough ° 30 pieces thawed if frozen ° Light Cream Cheese ° 8 oz (use 1/3 of the lower

fat variety) at room temperature

° Plain Greek Yogurt, fat-free ° ¼ cup (n)



°2 tablespoon(s), granulated

°Fresh lemon juice

°2 teaspoon(s)

°Lemon zest

°1 teaspoon(s), freshly grated (and more for garnish)


°Vanilla extract

° 1 teaspoon

° strawberries

° 5 medium ones, each cut into 6 pieces


Preheat the grill to 177 ° C (350 ° F).


Place the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and heat until lightly cooked, about 5 minutes. Let it cool down.

Meanwhile, stir together the creamy cheddar cheese, yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl

to soften the mixture.

Pour the cream and cheddar cheese combination into a resealable plastic container, snip off a corner, and press

the mixture evenly into bowls (or fill with a spoon); Place a piece of strawberry in each tart and garnish with


lemon zest. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.Enjoy !
