Minced Beef with Cream on Toast

us when we were little and it has always been one of my favorite breakfasts. Since it’s not good for any of us, I only make this recipe once a year, usually for my birthday.

Ingredients
o 1 glass of dried beef slices, well washed and chopped
o 4 tablespoons of butter
o 4 tablespoons of flour
o A pinch of cayenne pepper

o 2 cups of milk
o Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
o Toasted bread
How to prepare Minced meat with cream on toast for

1. Rinse the dried meat slices very well: they are VERY salty!After rinsing everything well, dry it with a paper towel.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces. Put aside.
3.Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add the flour and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the melted butter and stir until well combined and cooked through (about 45 seconds).
5. Add the milk very slowly and continue beating.6. Once all the milk is added, add the chopped jerky.

7. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened.
8.Taste and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper if necessary.
9. Serve immediately on dry toast. Enjoy.
