NO-BAKE COOKIE CAKE
Ingredients
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• ½ cup milk
• 4 tablespoons cocoa

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups quick oatmeal (for use in the gluten-free version ) gluten-free oatmeal)
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

• Bring the first four ingredients to a boil.
• Cook for 1 minute.
• Add vanilla, oats and chocolate chips and stir until well combined and chocolate chips are melted.
• Pour into a round cake tin. A 9- or 10-inch pan works great.(If serving on a plate or cake stand, line the pan with parchment paper to make it easier to remove from the pan.)
• Refrigerate until firm.

• Cut into pieces and serve.
• They can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
