Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Creole Seasoning (or any other seasoning)

Prepare your muffin pan by lightly greasing it. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Distribute the grated cheddar cheese evenly in each cavity of the mold.
Peel the onions and cut into rings. Place a raw onion ring on top of the cheddar cheese layer, then
