How to Make TACOS
1. Start with store-bought or homemade taco shells. If you make it yourself I don’t think you’ll ever
buy taco shells again. All you need is a tortilla and cooking spray. We used small, soft ‘taco’ tortillas.
We used flour, but corn is also good.
2. Would you like to cook it first? Wet paper is superior and prints well. Arrange the tortillas on a plate

with a wet paper towel and microwave them (we did 6 at a time). Look at them, it takes them 30
seconds to breathe. Then lightly coat both sides with cooking spray and place each tortilla on two
heating rods. It’s best to place it under the grill to catch the oil from the cooking spray. Bake at 350-
375 degrees for 7-10 minutes. You will see
and you will see that it is dark and dark. Remove them and set them aside!

3. All you need is ground beef (2 pounds), 1 cup baked beans, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 packet of taco
seasoning, grilled cheese, and your favorite taco filling.
4. Black ground meat in a large bowl. Drain off all the oil and return it to the pan. Over low heat, add
the cooked beans, taco seasoning, and half or two-thirds of the tomato sauce (you can monitor this
for best results, you don’t want the filling to be too runny or your tacos to get soggy on the bottom).
Mix well and add the tacos (they should “set” on a baking sheet). Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and
bake in the oven. I think I already baked
at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
