Peach Cream Cheese Bars are a delightful and refreshing dessert that combines a buttery crust,

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup granulated sugar

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar


For the Peach Topping:

4 large peaches, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice



Prepare the Crust:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix

until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Make the Cream Cheese Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and

In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches


Arrange the peach slices on top of the cream cheese filling, covering the entire surface.

Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set.

Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.



Peach Variations: You can use canned or frozen peaches if fresh peaches are not available. Make sure

to drain canned peaches well or thaw and drain frozen peaches.

Graham Cracker Crust: For an extra layer of flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the graham

cracker crust mixture.

Cream Cheese Mixture: Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling. You can

leave it out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before using.
