Pineapple Pretzel Fluff
INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/4 cups pretzels, coarsely crushed
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup sugar, divided
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

• 1 (20 oz .) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 (12 oz.) container frozen, whipped topping, thawed
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Combine pretzels, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
3.Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Bake for

7 minutes, then remove from the oven, let cool and then crumble into pieces.
4. In a large bowl or mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, 2 to 4 minutes, then add the remaining
1/2 cup sugar.
5.Stir in the drained pineapple and the thawed, frozen whipped cream and then let it rest for 1 hour.
6. Sprinkle with pretzel crumbs and fold in before serving. Enjoy it!
