Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, cooked ham or bacon (if using), chopped green onions, and chopped bell peppers.

Assemble the Quiche:

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) once the crust is ready.

Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked hash brown crust.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.

Cool and Serve:

Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with freshly chopped chives or parsley.

Tips:

Customize the Filling: Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients, such as sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or different types of cheese.

Prevent Soggy Crust: Make sure to drain the hash browns well before pressing them into the dish to avoid a soggy crust.

Serving Suggestions: This quiche pairs well with a fresh green salad or a side of fruit for a complete meal.
