Ingredients
o 4cups daintily cut potatoes
o 3tablespoons butter
o 3tablespoons flour
o 1 1⁄2cups milk
o 1teaspoon salt

o 1cup ground sharp cheddar cheese
o 1⁄2cup ground cheese, to sprinkle on top
How To Create Scalloped Potatoes
In a little sauce skillet, soften butter and mix in flour.
Let sit for a minute.
