Slide of slow pepper meat
The meat slice with pepper is a Chinese-inspired dish with lots of sauce, pepper and onions. This is a
stir fry style meal but made in the slow cooker! It is served over rice and covered with plenty of gravy
(or gravy).

To preserve the pepper steak, place it in the TUPPERWARE and let it cool for up to 3 days.
To freeze, place in ziplock bags and remove air seals. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Ingredients:
° 2 pounds beef, cut into pieces 2

° garlic powder
° 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
° 1 beef bouillon cube
° 1/4 cup hot water
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch

° 1/2 cup chopped onion
° 2 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped °1 (14.5 ounces)
°3 tablespoons soy sauce
°1 teaspoon white sugar
°1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Sprinkle the surlong strips with garlic powder if desired. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the
vegetable oil and fry the striped beef strips in it. Place in a slow cooker.
Mix the broth with hot water until it melts, then mix in the cornstarch until a solution forms. Fill the
slow cooker with meat.Mix onion, green pepper, cooked tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
