Ingredients:

For the Cake:

2 mugs all-purpose flour

2 glasses granulated sugar

2 huge eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon preparing soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can (20 oz) smashed pineapple with juice

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

1 bundle (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 glass unsalted butter, softened

3 mugs powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1 container smashed pineapple, drained

1/2 glass chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
